We're proud to offer FREE 1-to-1 support for Talkler - Email for your Ears. This includes phone, email, and web support.

PHONE SUPPORT

  1. Initiate a new help request at talkler.com/new-request
  2. Enter a good callback number in the Request form.
  3. If we can help you best over the phone*, we'll email you to schedule a support call.

EMAIL SUPPORT

  1. Initiate a new help request with an email to help@talkler.com
  2. Be sure to describe your problem with as much detail as possible.
  3. We'll track your request on our help site — talkler.com/help — and you'll receive emails from us as we work on your question.

WEB SUPPORT

  1. Initiate a new help request at talkler.com/new-request
  2. Be sure to describe your problem with as much detail as possible.
  3. Don't forget to enter your phone number if you think you might need to schedule a free support call later*.

*Unfortunately, we can't promise to call everyone who asks for phone support. Some questions are better answered via email. But if it seems a phone call is our best bet, we'll be happy to schedule a call for free 1-to-1 phone support.
