How to find your Exchange settings already on your iPhone

If you've already set your iPhone to check for email on your Exchange server (Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync / Outlook), then it's easy to find the correct settings, if you know where to look.

Let's get started:

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone... 



2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars...




3. Tap the Exchange email account in the Accounts list...




4. Tap the Exchange account again on the resulting screen...




5. Find most of your account settings on the resulting Account screen...

Note: Domain is not yet required by Talkler. There is a new version of Talkler coming soon, which will require entering a Domain (here's why). And Port is usually "443" by default. Username may take a different form than the one shown here: "" or "example\domain" or something else — ask your system admin or email provider if you're unsure.



6. Tap on "Advanced Settings" to find the SSL setting (On or Off)...

7. Send us your screenshots. Or return to Talkler and enter the settings you've found.

Email all your screenshots to for troubleshooting. OR return to Talkler and enter your account info.

A. Launch the Photos app on your iPhone. Select the screenshots in the Camera Roll (tap the Select button, top right, then tap the screenshots).
